Returns & Exchanges

Kicking off a return or exchange couldn't be simpler — get started right here. (And good news: returns for store credit and exchanges placed within the US won't cost you a thing!)

Lodge a Return

Every item sent back must be unworn, with the original tags still on and hygiene stickers untouched.

  • Exchange – Complimentary exchanges need to be started and received within 21 days from the date your order was delivered.
  • Return for store credit – Free store-credit returns must be started within 21 days from the date your order was delivered.
  • Return for original form of payment – Returns of full-priced items must be started and finished within 21 days of your delivery date. Mail-in returns carry a $15 handling fee per shipping label (waived entirely if you choose store credit or an exchange instead!).

Keep in mind that sale items, earrings, underwear, bralettes and anything labelled 'final sale' can't be returned or exchanged. Promotional pieces qualify for exchange or store credit only.

Size Refunds: Thinking of trying two sizes? Buy both and send back whichever one doesn't fit for a refund — this applies even to sale purchases. Just reach out to us through our contact page before lodging your return so we can switch on size refunds for you.

We aim to handle returns every day, but please give us 2–3 business days to process once your return reaches us.

The items below cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items labelled "Final Sale"
  • Items labelled "Sample"
  • Earrings
  • Underwear and Bralettes
  • Beauty products, including 'La Beach' self-tanning items

Promotional or on-sale items can still be exchanged or returned for store credit.

We're sorry to hear an item may have arrived faulty, and we apologise for any hassle it's caused.

Please get in touch with Customer Care via our contact page, including your order number along with a brief description and photos of the fault. Rest assured we'll prioritise sorting this out for you.

We know finding the perfect silhouette matters. If your piece isn't quite right, you've got 21 days from your delivery date to start a free exchange on any eligible item.
