Guided by the philosophy "Life is Beautiful," UNE PIECE founder Carly Brown built the brand with one clear purpose: to help women feel beautiful by the water. Growing up on the coast, then later living across Europe and spending her downtime discovering European beaches, Carly found the inspiration behind her very first swimwear collection.

Carly's vision has two sides — delivering gorgeous, high-quality (and sun-conscious) swimwear, while building a company grounded in a happy, healthy, high-performing team. She launched UNE PIECE with a sharply defined brand and aesthetic, drawing on her earlier experience leading major global brands including Revlon, Coke, and UBER.

Carly and her family call the UNE PIECE HQ in sunny Queensland, Australia, home, dividing their time between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Her favorite way to spend a day? "Being in the sunshine, by the water, eating seafood, with a glass of good white wine, in the company of family and friends."
